Very impressed! Car had a flat battery this morning - called Fred Brown and a very nice bloke turned up in under 10 minutes with a jump start pack and got it started immediately. He refused to take any money for his trouble.

The best customer service I've ever received by far. So easy and quick to arrange work to be done on both occasions. They suggested and picked up my car first thing in the morning, did a super quick service and MOT and delivered it back before lunch. It saved me so much hassle. Work done is outstanding, too.

I'm so glad I came across this garage near to my house in West Bridgford. It's so reassuring as a female who doesn't know too much about technicalities of cars to find a small independent and trustworthy garage - I've taken my car in a couple of times for small checks, it's MOT and more recently a new battery in my car key. No matter the job, the guys are so friendly, honest and accommodating. Highly recommend!

prices are very reasonable and repairs or servicing is usually carried out very quickly. Been using them for a good few years now with mine and my family's vehicles and we've had a great experience each time. Run by genuine people and I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Always good prompt service. Prices are good. Any problems for mot or with service will contact and advise of cost for repairs. Do not make promises of having vehicle ready and then let you down. Opposite is nearer as I was informed pick up following day as wouldn't be finished. Received a call close to closing that vehicle was ready. Highly delighted. Staff always polite and helpful

Absolutely brilliant service. My car was collected from my home on time and promptly. My car was then delivered efficiently once the MOT was complete and I got a call at around midday to confirm that my car has passed. Absolutely faultless service – will be using again year after year.

I have to say these guys are brilliant! Both me and my wife have used them and we have had great friendly service, will definitely continue to use them and recommend our friends to them, in particular Dale has been superb, reliable, great work and a really nice guy.
